Dude, where’d my Declaration of Independence go?

As someone who taught constitutional law for several years, you’d think he’d be well versed in the United States’ founding documents.  Unless, of course,  he’s  leaving out a certain phrase on purpose.

Just in case you need a refresher on the Declaration of Independence, the line he’s quoting is this:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
